Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine Primavera® Kitchen Without Salt
  • 4 chicken breasts, girls without skin and without bone (150g each)
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped

Preparation

Melt the Primavera® Margarine over low heat and sauté the chicken breasts to brown lightly.
Add the onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes. Incorporate curry, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Drain the water and the Knorr® Swiss granulated chicken broth, cover and let cook for 12 minutes.
Combine the cream and the nuts cooking 3 more minutes. To serve.
