This sandwich is nothing like what you are used to, since it has chicken tenders, that is, delicious chicken strips seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper, breaded with panko and finally, seasoned with spicy sauce. Preparation
In a bowl mix the chicken with the garlic powder, the paprika, salt and pepper. Let stand 10 minutes.
To bread the chicken strips, first bathe them in egg, then flour them, put them back in the egg and cover them with panko; repeat until finished with the strips. Fry them in enough hot oil. Drain and reserve.
In a bowl mix the sour cream with the paprika, the butter and the Red Hot Frank's ® sauce until completely incorporated. Place the fried chicken strips and cover completely.
Varnish the bread with soft butter, place on the grill and cook on one side; turn and add the manchego cheese; cook until melted and set aside.
Assemble the sandwich, place a lid of cheese bread, the bacon strips, the chicken dipped in sauce and the chopped chives; cover and enjoy! Accompany with French fries.
