  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dry, for themarinade
  • 1 tablespoon cumin, whole, for the marinade

  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for the marinade
  • 1/8 cups vinegar, for the marinade
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1/3 cups greek yogurt, (0%) for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped, for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the dressing
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the dressing
  • 4 flour tortillas, for burritos or wholewheat, warm
  • 1 bag Eva® Fresh Mixed Salad, 200 g (7.05 oz)
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • 1/2 red onions, filleted


For the marinade, heat the olive oil in a deep pan and cook the onion, garlic, chilies and tomato until softened. Add the oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.
Blend the previous preparation together with the pineapple juice and the vinegar until obtaining a smooth mixture.
In a bowl, coat the chicken with marinade and marinate for 10 minutes in refrigeration.
In a griddle pan, cook the chicken on both sides until it is done and has the classic marks of grilling, if necessary add oil so that it does not stick. Cut into strips and reserve.
For the dressing, in a bowl mix the yoghurt with lemon juice, mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper.
When assembling, on a hot flour tortilla, arrange the Mixed Fresh Eva® Salad, the strips of marinated chicken, the dressing, sliced avocado and a little purple onion. Close up as a wrap, cut and enjoy


Cut the wrap in half and enjoy.


Marinate the chicken with the marinade longer so that it has better flavor.
