Sweet and sour chicken with pineapple, ideal for the office or to eat at home. It is a simple dish, with a lot of flavor and that is perfect for any day of the week. Prepare it and do not miss a delicious full meal.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of chicken breast in cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of bee honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of spicy sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups of cambray onions in halves
  • 1 1/2 cups of broccoli Cooked
  • 1 Cup of pineapple in cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 4 cups of rice steamed
  • 1/4 of Cup of scallion chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of toasted sesame seeds

    Preparation

    Place the soy sauce, the English sauce, the honey, the spicy sauce, the mustard and salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
    Add the chicken cubes and mix. Close and reserve.
    Dora the chicken cubes without the marinade liquid.
    Add the onion, broccoli and pineapple.
    Pour the marinade and cook for 10 minutes or until everything is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
    Serve the rice in airtight containers and add the chicken. Sprinkle scallions and sesame.
