Preparation
Finely chop our onion and the red pepper.
In a saucepan we fry our ground meat, onion and red pepper, adding oil and pepper to taste. We will know that it is cooked when all our meat has a brown color.
In the blender we put our tomatoes and garlic and liquefy. We add this to our pot where our meat is already cooked.
We let our stew sit for 6 or 8 minutes.
