Preparation
The chicken legs are placed 4 hours before the preparation in a refractory and marinated in the milk.
In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet.
Pass each leg of chicken through the flour mixture and fry it in the oil for 10-15 minutes or until it is well cooked and with very crispy skin.
While the chicken is fried, the two sauces are prepared. In a bowl mix catsup with honey and in another mayonnaise with chipotle.
The legs are removed from the oil and dried with paper or napkin to remove excess oil.
They are served with the two sauces that were prepared.
