Preparation
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and brown for 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes or until it is brown.
Add the beef stock, raisins, olives, capers and tomato puree, mix well and let it boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes. Serves hot
