Fried Chicken with Butter Sauce

The creamiest of this recipe is the creamy butter sauce, it is a perfect companion for the crispy texture of the chicken. If you are a person who loves chicken, you can not stop preparing this dish.


4 portions
  • 50 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • oils, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


In a bowl, combine the flour, bread, curry and paprika.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Dry the breasts with a napkin. Pass the breasts through the egg and then rub them. Tip: Use one hand to pass the breasts through the egg and use another hand to crush them.
Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the breasts until they are well cooked and have a golden color, approximately 10 minutes at 180 ° C. To remove the excess fat, place the breasts in a colander and then in absorbent paper.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the scallion.
Add the evaporated milk and heat over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Add salt, pepper and sugar. Stir
Cut each breast into slices. Add the sauce.
Serves hot

You can substitute the scallion for the tail of a cambray onion. We recommend adding the butter sauce until the end.
