Chicken recipes can be as delicious and simple as you want. And a clear example is this Hawaiian Chicken Skewers recipe, which is varnished with a homemade buffalo sauce and you can serve it with some vegetables. This way of making skewers is simple, but you can change the chicken for shrimp and you will achieve a unique flavor.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of Margarine Primavera® Chantilly 190g container
  • 2/3 of Cup of spicy sauce
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of English sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of White pepper
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of raw sugar
  • 1 piece of red onion cut into cubes
  • 500 grams of chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of Ham cut into cubes
  • 2 pieces of jalapeno pepper cut into thick slices
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • enough of parsley chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the sauce, in a saucepan over low heat melt the Margarina Primavera® Chantilly and add the sauce, vinegar, salt, English sauce, cayenne pepper, white pepper, garlic, onion powder and sugar. Let it boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove.
    Arrange the skewers, inserting the purple onion, chicken, pineapple, ham and jalapeño pepper into skewer sticks, alternating the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook the skewers on all sides until the chicken is done. In the last minutes of cooking, varnish with buffalo sauce.
    Serve the skewers with chopped parsley and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the skewers dusted with fresh parsley.

    TIPS

    Replace the chicken with shrimp, you will be surprised how tasty they are.
