For the sauce, in a saucepan over low heat melt the Margarina Primavera® Chantilly and add the sauce, vinegar, salt, English sauce, cayenne pepper, white pepper, garlic, onion powder and sugar. Let it boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove.
Arrange the skewers, inserting the purple onion, chicken, pineapple, ham and jalapeño pepper into skewer sticks, alternating the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook the skewers on all sides until the chicken is done. In the last minutes of cooking, varnish with buffalo sauce.
Serve the skewers with chopped parsley and enjoy.
