Beef Milanesa stuffed with chard and panela cheese over a wide chile sauce. A simple recipe to prepare Milanese in a different way and enjoy with everyone at home.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 beef milanesa
  • 3 leaves chard
  • 100 grams panela cheese
  • 2 ancho chili peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Clean the chili; remove the seeds.
Disinfect the chard and soak the chili.
Season the milanesas with salt and pepper, place the chard leaves and panela cheese over the milanesa.
Roll the Milanese with the ingredients. In a hot pan with a little oil, place the rolls and cook until well cooked.
For the sauce: Blend the wide chili with 1 clove of garlic, the cup of water, salt and pepper.
In a pan pour the sauce, cook until it boils and on it put the rolls of milanesa.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany with rice or green salad.

TIPS

Hold the rolls with chopsticks.
