This pork loin is very easy to make and it is very tasty. Try it, you can add more ingredients if you prefer.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 6 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 4 beets, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, in pieces
  • 4 carrots, cut into cubes

Preparation

Heat the oven to 175 ° C.
Place the loin in a large slightly greased broiler, spread 1/2 cup of the dressing on the spine. Mix the potatoes and the beets with 2 tablespoons of the remaining dressing, place around the loin and bake for 15 min.
Mix the onion and carrot with the remaining dressing and add to the loin.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is well cooked and the vegetables are soft. Let rest for 10 min before cutting.
Slicing and serving accompanied by vegetables.
