Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup Maizena® Natural Corn Starch
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 cups sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Maizena® Natural Corn Starch, hydrated with cold water
  • 1/4 cups cambray onion, (colitas)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 package Cauliflower Eva® Bits, 454 grams
  • enough black sesame seed
  • enough purple cabbage, cut strips
  • enough carrot, thinly sliced
  • enough cucumber, sliced
  • enough fresh coriander
  • enough cambray onion, (colitas)

Preparation

In a bowl, marinade the pork with the soy sauce, the Knorr® Vegetable Broth, the rice vinegar and the egg for 15 minutes. Reservation.
In another bowl, mix the previously marinated pork with the wheat flour, the Maizena® Natural Corn Starch and fry all the strips over medium heat until golden and crispy; Place on absorbent paper and reserve.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, fry the garlic, pour the orange juice, the rice vinegar, the ketchup sauce, the Knorr® Vegetable Broth, the sweet chili sauce, the Maizena® Natural Corn Starch, and cook until you get a thick sauce. Then place the pork strips in the sauce and cook 2 more minutes; sprinkle with the onions of chambray and reserve.
In a pot with boiling water with rice vinegar and sugar, cook the Eva® Cauliflower Bits according to the packaging instructions. Remove from cooking and reserve.
Serve the previous preparation in a bowl with the sweet and sour pork, sprinkle with sesame, accompany with the cabbage, carrot, cucumber and cilantro. Enjoy

TIPS
