Preparation
Cook the ribs in a pot with salt, herbs, onion, garlic and salt.
In the blender grind the nugget, cilantro, lettuce, chilies and broth from the rib.
In a saucepan fry and season to taste the mole.
Add the little ribs to the mole And that's it!
