A delicious potato soup with a touch of zucchini, to give a twist to your food and surprise your whole family. This is the perfect recipe because besides being rich it is very easy to make.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 Knorr® Beef Broth, cubes
  • 2 zucchini, medium
  • 1 potato, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 4 cups Water

Preparation

In a saucepan with medium heat melt Margarine Primavera® Cook without salt and season onion and garlic. Add the potatoes and sauté until lightly browned.
Pour the water, add and dissolve the cubes of Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res and bring the soup to a boil.
Add the zucchini and boil for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve Hot.

TIPS

It can be accompanied with small cubes of panela cheese.
