A rich and easy chicken made with vegetables, oriental sauces and sesame. The original recipe is made in a wok but if you do not have it you can do it in a pan.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 chicken Cut in half
  • 3 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 100 grams of mushroom
  • 200 grams of White cabbage chopped
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper cut in julienne
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of fresh ginger chopped
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of sugar
  • 5 spoonfuls of sesame seed

    Preparation

    Cut the chicken into cubes and mix with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.
    Heat half the sesame oil in a wok over high heat and cook the chicken there for 10-15 minutes or until it is cooked and lightly browned. Remove from the wok and store on a hot plate while cooking the vegetables.
    Place the other half of the oil and cook the mushrooms, cabbage and pepper for 5 minutes or until well cooked.
    In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and sugar. Add this vinaigrette to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for 1 minute.
    Add the chicken, mix well and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the dish over rice or oriental noodles.

    TIPS

    If you do not have a wok you can use a large skillet.
