Prepare these rich cannelloni stuffed with creamy spinach bathed in an Alfredo sauce that you will love. They have a creamy filling made with ricotta cheese with dehydrated tomato and of course Eva® spinach. You will love it!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 package Spinach Eva®, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes, for filling
  • 1/4 cups dehydrated tomato, Finely chopped for filling
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated, for filling
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups butter, for alfredo sauce
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups whipping cream, for alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated, for salsa alfredo
  • 1 pinch salt, for alfredo sauce
  • 1 pinch White pepper, for alfredo sauce
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, for alfredo sauce
  • 24 cannelloni
  • 3 liters Water
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, to grill

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For the filling, in a bowl mix the ricotta cheese, the onion, the garlic, the Eva® Spinach, the cream cheese, the tomato and the parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and reserve in a pastry bag.
For the Alfredo sauce, heat a pot over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic, add the cream, the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and white pepper. Cook until lightly thickened, reserve.
For the cannelloni, heat the water in a pot with the salt until it reaches a boiling point, add the cannelloni and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and go through cold water to cut the cooking.
Fill the cannelloni with the Eva® Spinach mixture. Place them in a refractory oven and bathe with Manchego sauce and cheese. Gratin in the oven 10 minutes and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cannelloni in a glass mold, you can serve an individual portion and accompany them with Eva® salad to your liking.

TIPS

Cook the cannelloni to a point before "al dente", since when baking them they will continue cooking.
