Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams elbow pasta
  • 1/4 kilos Ham, of your preference
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams cream
  • 100 grams manchego cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough Water
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Place the pasta in water and a little salt and boil it until al dente.
Chop the ham, garlic and onion into pieces, fry them in butter.
Add the pasta and stir everything, add the cream, broth, salt and pepper, mix carefully to integrate everything very well.
Sprinkle the cheese and let au gratin for 5 minutes.

TIPS

You can accompany it with mashed potatoes or the salad of your preference. You can substitute the paste of coditos for any other of your preference.
