Creamy Pasta with Meat and Bacon

Take advantage of the wide variety of possibilities that can be cooked with pasta and prepare this creamy pasta recipe with ground beef and bacon. To cook this recipe, you do not need to add oil after cooking to the pasta, since La Moderna pasta does not stick. Its white garlic sauce, with cream cheese and whipping cream give it a delicious base, which you cannot forget to accompany with more bacon and grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 5 liters of Water (1 l of water per 100 g of pasta)
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 package of Conchiglioni La Moderna® (500 g)
  • 2 cloves of garlic roast
  • 1 piece of cream cheese for the sauce (190 g)
  • 2 cups of whipping cream for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of yellow lemon juice for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of White pepper for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of cheddar cheese grated white
  • 1 Cup of tomato cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of red onion diced
  • to taste of Parmesan cheese grated, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a deep pot over high heat, heat the water until it reaches boiling point. Add the salt and when it boils, cook the Conchiglioni La Moderna® pasta according to the packaging instructions. Drain, cool and reserve.
    For the sauce, blend the garlic with the cream cheese, the whipping cream, the mustard, the lemon juice and the white pepper until you get a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
    Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until golden brown, add the garlic and then the meat, and cook until it changes color. Add the sauce and sprinkle the cheese, cook until it melts.
    Once the cheese has melted, add the cooked pasta, mix and add the tomato, cilantro and onion, cook one more minute and remove.
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and decorate with grated Parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    It is not necessary to add oil after cooking to the pasta, since La Moderna pastes do not stick.
