Pasta is one of the dishes that we are all prepared to prepare, and with this delicious recipe for creamy pasta with spinach, mushrooms, caramelized onions and a touch of Margarine Primavera®, you can check it out. This farfalle is an excellent option to share with the family, or to take to work as lunch, because it is a very rewarding meal. In just 3 steps you will have a paste full of flavor and color.


4 portions
  • 5 liters Water
  • 500 grams farfalle pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Margarina Primavera®
  • 1 onion, filleted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup mushroom, with stem, filleted
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • enough parmesan cheese, to decorate
  • enough bacon, fried
  • enough parsley, to decorate
  • enough bread, To accompany


Heat the water in a deep pot and over high heat until it boils. Add the salt and when it boils, cook the pasta. Drain, cool and reserve.
For caramelized onions, add the Primavera® Margarine, onion, salt, sugar and balsamic vinegar in a pan, and cook until caramelized.
Then add the mushrooms, spinach, cooked pasta, cream and Parmesan cheese.
Serve, decorate with Parmesan cheese, fried bacon and parsley. Accompany with bread. Enjoy
