A rich and delicious recipe, very easy to prepare. Fettuccine with alfredo sauce. This popular sauce is creamy and has a very mild flavor that conquers many since it has touches of garlic, onions and bacon. It is perfect for any occasion; prepare it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams fettuccine
  • 80 grams butter
  • 2 garlic, medium teeth
  • 60 grams onion
  • 3 bacon, chopped slices
  • 20 grams fresh coriander, leaves
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 50 grams ham, chopped

Preparation

Cook the pasta in a pot with water for about 8 minutes or until the pasta is cooked. Drain and reserve.
In a pot put the butter, once it melts, put the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the bacon and ham, let them brown.
Add half cream and cilantro.
Once the sauce is ready, add it to the pasta and mix well. Ready to serve.
