Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams fettuccine, De Luigi from La Moderna
  • 3 zucchini, cut in cubes
  • 1 green chile, finely chopped
  • 2 bunches squash blossom

  • 500 milliliters milk cream
  • 200 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Fry the onion, garlic and chili in the olive oil until they are smooth.
Add the zucchini and cilantro, at 10 minutes the flowers and finally the cream, salpimienta.
