  • 500 grams fettuccine, De Luigi from La Moderna
  • 6 beef, medallions
  • 500 milliliters milk cream
  • 1 little horse tequila
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • dry thyme
  • chili flakes, dry tree
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Season the medallions with salt, pepper and dry thyme.
