Fettuccine with Three Cheeses

This fettuccine is perfect to surprise all your guests, the recipe is simple and consists of only three steps, with which you will have an intense cheese flavor and creaminess in each bite.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 liters Water
  • to taste salt
  • 1 package Luigi® Fettuccine, 500 g
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons shallot
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 3/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups gorgonzola cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, finely chopped
  • enough fresh oregano, to decorate
  • enough pork rind, Parmesan cheese, to decorate
  • enough bread, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot, heat the water and when it boils add the salt, wait for it to regain temperature, that is, to boil again, and add the Luigi® Fettuccine, cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and reserve.
In a deep frying pan heat the butter and cook the shallot, then add the cream, evaporated milk, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and gorgonzola cheese until the cheeses melt, add the white wine, the oregano, add the Fettuccine of Luigi® and cook for 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the Parmesan cheese until golden brown, turn and brown on the other side.
Serve hot, served with Parmesan pork rinds and bread. Enjoy.

TIPS

You can substitute the shallot for white onion.
