Pasta with mushrooms and chicken with some other ingredients, very good for special events.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 200 grams bacon, in strips
  • 1 can mushroom
  • 1 package fettuccine
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Place the pasta in boiling water and cook the chicken, frying the bacon in small squares.
Melt half the butter in a pan, add the tablespoon of flour and brown for a few minutes. pour the evaporated milk into the mixture in a very thin thread and stir.
Add the chopped parsley and incorporate the previously cooked and shredded chicken and the mushroom and bacon. all this over low heat, let thicken and add the paste finally.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

It can be accompanied with white bread.
