Ingredients

  • 450 grams linguine, or spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 120 grams black olive, without bone, chopped
  • 450 tomatoes, chopped or 1 1/2 cup tin tomato
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Preparation

Cook the linguini in boiling water with 2 tablespoons of salt. Meanwhile, in a saucepan sauté the garlic in olive oil, let it begin to brown. Add the capers, olives, tomatoes and parsley and cook over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce, stir and serve immediately very hot.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a little parsley and slabs of Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

Do not overcook the pasta, leave it al dente (firm on the inside, soft on the outside).
