This recipe of macaroni and cheese is delicious and very healthy, serve it to start any meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups Oikos® greek style yogurt
  • 2 cups elbows pasta
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups spinach
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the codito from 8 to 10 minutes.
Place the spinach in a colander, strain the pasta over the spinach so that it is slightly cured.
Store ½ cup of the pasta water. Return the codito and spinach to the pot.
Add ¼ cup of the cooking water to the pasta, add the cheese and mix until melted.
Integrate the Greigo Oikos Yogurt, salt and pepper, until creamy. If necessary, add the rest of the water.
