Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Water
  • 10 pieces of pasta for lasagna
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of leek finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 kilo of ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup of nut toast and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cashews toast and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of almond toast and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of walnut toast and chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of pinion toasted
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 400 grams of Hunt's® Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 sheet of laurel
  • 3 cups of mozzarella cheese cut into 1 cm sheets
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 Cup of nut mixture toast to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a pot with the water until it reaches a boiling point. Cook the lasagna sheets according to the package instructions.
    Heat a deep skillet over medium heat, add the butter, garlic, pore, celery, white onion until they take a bright and transparent color. Add the ground meat and cook until it changes color.
    Add the nuts, spinach and tomato sauce for traditional Hunts® pasta. Cook until it reduces a little, season with salt, nutmeg, pepper and bay leaf, cook 5 more minutes until the aromas are released. Reservation.
    Place a layer of lasagne slices in a previously greased oven refractory. Add a little of the filling and cover with mozzarella cheese. Repeat until filling the mold and finish with the parmesan cheese and nuts. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is perfectly fine. Remove from the oven serves and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with chopped nuts so that a crust forms.

    TIPS

    After you remove the sheets of lasagna from the water, add or add oil so that they do not stick and you can handle them easier.
