Ingredients

4 portions
  • 40 grams butter
  • 1 kilo chicken breast, in steaks, cubes or slices
  • 2 onions, filleted
  • 400 grams mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, Crushed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream, or whole
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 400 grams fettuccine

Preparation

Place enough salt water in a large pot and let it boil over high heat.
Cook butter, onion, garlic and mushrooms over medium heat. Stir fry for about 10, depending on how cooked you like the mushrooms.
Add the chicken and cook until golden brown.
At this point the water must be boiling. Add the pasta.
Turn off the heat and add the milk slowly while stirring with a spoon to mix well.
Light the stove over low heat, stir while the sauce thickens. Add the cheese and mix well, then add the cream while stirring until well incorporated.
Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes so that the leaves soften, stirring occasionally.
Try the pasta to make sure it is "firm but smooth" and drain.
Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

TIPS

the first time you prepare it, change the spinach for fine herbs and it gives a very nice flavor, but it is already to taste
