I love any dish that is made with pasta, but since I discovered this recipe I fell in love even more with pasta. I hope you like it and enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams flour

Preparation

Spread with a rolling pin, making very thin sheets, but not too much so that they do not break.
Cut according to what you cook, in very thin strips to make fettuccine, in squares, rectangles or circles to make ravioli, or in wide and long strips to make lasagna.
To cook the dough, boiling water is required, so that it is ready, it does not require much time, it can be observed in the change of coloration of the dough, it can be from 5 to 7 minutes.

TIPS

Instead of using an egg you can use two yolks, I like it more like that.
