Preparation
Heat enough water in a medium saucepan, when it breaks the boil add 2 pinches of salt.
Immediately add the full package of pasta spaghetti of 220 gr. La Moderna®, wait until it is al dente.
Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms with a clean cloth and remove the layer that covers them. (Avoid washing them, so they do not absorb water).
Cut the tip of the stalk of the mushrooms and fillet them.
In the glass of the blender add the cream, mayonnaise, fine herbs, salt, pepper and the tasty broth of the peppers. Blend everything and reserve.
Before draining the water from the cooking of the pasta, remove a cup of water and reserve.
After draining the pasta, return to medium heat, in the same saucepan, and add the two tablespoons of butter or margarine and wait for it to melt, mixing gently to avoid breaking the pasta.
Add the blender mixture and the sliced mushrooms . Integrate everything and rectify seasoning, if you consider that you lack salt or pepper can add to your liking.
