Prepare these delicious pesto noodles with avocado at home. They are a complete dish with a lot of flavor that you will surely love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 bunches basil
  • 2 avocados, or avocado, ripe
  • 500 grams long pasta, or noodles
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the basil leaves, sprinkle them with boiled water and place them in the blender.
Add avocados without peels, garlic clove, oil, salt and pepper.
Liquua; Correct the salt and texture.
At the end in a large pot, boil water for the pasta. When it is boiling add the pasta and cook.
Once the pasta is ready, drain and mix with the sauce.
