Preparation
Mix cottage cheese, nutmeg, pepper, salt, broth, eggs and cream. Perfectly until the ingredients are well integrated.
Stir in the spinach, previously drained, finely chopped and the dough thoroughly mixing.
Empty in a mold of thread greased previously with butter and covered with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, in an oven. (It should be slightly moist)
