Preparation
Boil 10 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of coarse salt in a large pot to make the pasta.
In another pot, boil the artichokes with the lemon juice. Remove from heat, let cool and cut into quarters.
In a pan brown the 5 cloves of garlic with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1 cup of artichokes, asparagus, parsley, salt and pepper and boil for 5 minutes.
Add dehydrated tomatoes to artichoke sauce and artichoke hearts.
Boil the pasta in the water for 5 minutes or until it is at its point.
Remove the pasta from the water and mix with the artichoke and tomato sauce.
