Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams penne rigate, From Luigi
  • 500 grams fish fillet
  • 1 1/2 cups green olive, stuffed with anchovies
  • 1 glass dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 bunches parsley
  • salt
  • chile de árbol peppers, in flakes

Preparation

Chop the parsley and slice the garlic.
Fry the garlic, the parsley and the chili flakes in the olive oil.
Add the fish and olives, cook 5 minutes and pour the white wine, let it evaporate and finish cooking, season with salt and reserve.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Remove the fish and in the seasoning sauté the pasta with medium flame.
Serve the pasta in plates and add the fish and a little more parsley.
