Ingredients

  • 2 bunches peppermint, chopped
  • 2 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 lemon, just the juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 500 grams spaghetti

Preparation

Process the mint, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan cheese and salt in a food processor. Process very well and the sauce is ready.
Cook pasta in a large pot with boiling water until al dente. Remove the pasta from the water and combine with the pesto sauce.
