Delicious, easy and quick pasta to prepare, all straight to the pot! It is accompanied with mushrooms, zucchini, dehydrated tomato and a creamy cheese sauce, accompanied by delicious slices of Chicken Breast with FUD® Fine Herbs.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2500 grams Fud® fine herb chicken breast
  • 1 kilo spaghetti, (2 packages)
  • 1/2 cups dried tomato, chopped
  • 2 cups pumpkin, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups mushroom, coffee, filleted
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/4 cups margarine La Villita®
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups parsley, cool to decorate

Preparation

For the sauce, blend the milk with the whipping cream, the cream cheese, the vegetable broth, the flour and the garlic. Reservation.
Add to a deep pot for pasta, olive oil and onion, cook for 2 minutes. Add the sauce, spaghetti, Chicken Breast FUD® Fine Herbs, dehydrated tomatoes, pumpkins, mushrooms and walnut.
Cover and cook until the pasta softens, season with salt and pepper and finally, add the La Villita® Margarine to refine. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the pasta decorated with a little parsley.

TIPS

Avoid moving a lot of pasta in the pot so that it does not beat and split.
