Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 100 milliliters tomato sauce
  • 300 grams ground beef, beef
  • bay (laurel), to taste
  • oregano, to taste
  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Cut the tomato and onion into cubes.
Put the onion, the Knorr® tomato sauce in a pot, and finally the tomato.
Season the ground meat with the spoon of Knorr® Beef broth. Once seasoned, add the ground beef to the pot.
Let dry and add the bay leaf and oregano.
Cook the pasta in hot water for approximately 20 minutes.
Drain the pasta.
At the moment of serving, put the pasta on the plate and a little of the meat stew.
Finish with grated Parmesan cheese.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with chopped basil leaves, parsley or cilantro.

TIPS

Use natural Parmesan cheese, it will give you a better taste. Ask to have it cut in the supermarket. To season your stews with meat, use 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Beef Broth (24g) for every 1.5 kg of the ingredients of your choice. It is not necessary to add salt.
