Spaghetti a la Bolognesa Express

Try this simple way to prepare spaghetti a la bolognesa, it is a perfect dish for children and adults at all times; from the Christmas dinner or even a weekend with the family.

Ingredients

  • 90 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 chile serrano finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 750 grams of tomato gourd seedless, unshelled and chopped
  • 500 milliliters of tomato puree
  • 1 kilo of Ground beef beef
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 ulna of vegetable broth
  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 200 grams of Parmesan grated

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat. Add the garlic, chili and parsley and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until the garlic is browned. Integrate the tomatoes, tomato puree, ground beef and salt or vegetable seasoning; mix to separate the ground meat.
    Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
    Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker and that's it!
    Cook the pasta in a large pot with plenty of boiling salted water until it is al dente. Drain and integrate with the tomato puree.
    Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese, to taste.

    TIPS

    You can season the sauce with garlic or onion salt so it has more flavor.
