Spaghetti in Cheese and Nut Sauce

Prepare this delicious recipe of spaghetti with cheese and walnut sauce; It is an easy dish that will conquer everyone at home from the first bite. Its creamy sauce of gouda cheese with nuts is something that nobody will forget.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 3 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine with salt I Can not Believe It's Not Butter®
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 200 grams Spaghetti

Preparation

Blend the walnut, cheese and cube of Knorr® Switzerland with a little milk until there are no lumps, reserve.
Melt the Margarine I Can not Believe It's Not Butter® and sauté the onion with the celery until lightly browned.
Pour the liquefied nut mixture, the remaining milk and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thick. Moving constantly.
Cook the spaghetti in enough water, drain and add to the sauce.
Garnish with a little chopped parsley and serve.

PRESENTATION
