Vegetable Yakisoba Fried Buckwheat Noodles

If you are a lover of Asian food, you have to cook this vegetable yakisoba, it is very practical because you can get all the ingredients in the supermarket and you only need a pan or wok to prepare it.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • enough Water
  • 500 grams noodle, soba
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, in strips
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in strips
  • 1/2 cups red pepper, in strips
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in strips
  • 1/2 cups broccoli, cooked and in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste olive oil
  • 1/4 cups teriyaki sauce, yakisoba
  • to taste sesame seed, white, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, strain and rinse with cold water. Reserve.
In a hot pan add the olive oil and sesame oil and sauté the vegetables, add the ginger and season with salt and pepper.
With the help of a paddle form a circle with the vegetables around the pan and add the olive oil and the soba paste in the middle, cook for a couple of minutes and add the yakisoba sauce, cook until it has a slightly dark and caramelized color, if you feel that the mixture is very dry you can add a little amount of water.
Serve hot in a deep dish and garnish with white sesame seeds.

TIPS

You can make homemade Yakisoba sauce by mixing two tablespoons of soy sauce with one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, half tablespoon of ketchup and half tablespoon of Worcestershire or English sauce.

Lo he hecho varias veces y es muy fácil y riquísimo. Incluso he variado el tipo de pasta china, japonesa e italiana.

Deliciosa! pero las porciones a mí no me funcionaron, utilicé la mitad de pasta y el doble de verduras para que estuviera proporcionado.
