Ingredients: water; salt; 250 grams spaghetti; 5 tomatoes, cut in halves; 1 clove garlic; 1/4 onions; 1 can Carnation® Clavel® lactose-free evaporated milk; 1/2 cups Nestlé® lactose free half and half cream; 1 tablespoon basil; 1/2 tablespoons oregano; 1 tablespoon margarine; salt; 2 tablespoons panela cheese, lactose-free, grated; 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped; 1/2 cups tomato purée

Boil water in a small pot and add salt and spaghetti. Cook for about 10 minutes or until "al dente." Drain and set aside. For the sauce, roast the tomatoes, garlic, and onion on a griddle.
