Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 1 kilo ground beef; 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped; 1/2 cups carrot, finely chopped; 2 cups tomato purée; oregano; salt; pepper; 1 package lasagna sheets, precooked; 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated; 2 cups ricotta cheese; basil, for decoration

Add olive oil to your Jade Cook® Pan, cook the garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and cook for 5 more minutes or until the meat is cooked. Add the carrot and celery, mix and let cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Set aside.
