Surprise your family with these rich and healthy chicken dumplings with parmesan cheese sauce. The sauce is made with Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% which gives it a delicious flavor and an ideal creamy consistency. The meatballs have a smooth texture and they are easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 250 grams Turkey breast, milled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 10 grams salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Preparation

Place the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% in a pot, add the clove of garlic and a part of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese melts.
In a pan melt the butter and add the flour, beat quickly to form a homogeneous mass. Cook for about 5 minutes or until it turns a light golden color. Add the dough to the Yogurt sauce FAGE Total® 0% with grated cheese and beat until you get a creamy sauce without lumps.
Mix the ground turkey breast with the egg, the crushed bread, the garlic and the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Form small balls and dora in a pan with little vegetable oil.
Once sealed, go to the pot with Yogurt sauce FAGE Total® 0% and Parmesan cheese, cover and let cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
It serves.

PRESENTATION

Bat the meatballs with the sauce and sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.

TIPS

You can substitute turkey breast for chicken breast.
