This Christmas apple salad is the best for these dates, as it is seasoned with Yoghurt Natural Oikos® and a touch of Danette® Vanilla Custard that give a sensational twist and make it very creamy, as these incredible ingredients enhance the flavor of the traditional recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of green apple
  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 3 stems of celery
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1 Cup of walnut toast
  • 1/2 Cup of blueberry dehydrated
  • 1/2 liter of Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 2 pieces of Vanilla Danette® Custard
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 6 pieces of cherries to decorate

    Preparation

    Descorazona and cubes the apples. Reservation.
    Peel and grate the carrots. Reservation.
    Chop celery and pineapple slices.
    In a bowl, mix apples, carrots, celery, pineapple, walnuts, blueberries with Oikos® Natural Yoghurt, Danette® Vanilla Custard and salt.
