Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cups cranberry
  • 1/4 cups almond, fillet and toast
  • 1/4 cups Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Bee Honey Great Value®
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Wash and disinfect spinach. Reservation.
In a salad bowl place the spinach, add the toasted almonds and the blueberries.
In a blender add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sesame and honey, season and liquefy.
Pour salad dressing and serve.
