Ingredients: 4 cups water; 1 tablespoon salt; 2 cups quinoa, rinsed; 1 broccoli, blanched; 1 bunch asparagus, in pieces, blanched; 2 cups red grapes; 1 cup cranberries; 1 cup candied pecans, in pieces; 1 cup Oli de Nutrioli® olive oil, for the vinaigrette; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for the vinaigrette; 1 1/2 cups lime juice, for the vinaigrette; 3 tablespoons orange juice, for the vinaigrette; 1 teaspoon salt, for the vinaigrette; 1/2 teaspoons pepper, for the vinaigrette

In a pot over medium heat, boil the water with the salt and add the quinoa. Lower the heat and cook covered for 20 minutes. Cool. In a bowl, mix the quinoa with the broccoli, asparagus, grapes, blueberries, and walnuts.
