Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 jumbo shrimp, without head
  • 4 tangerines, just the juice
  • 1/2 cups Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Re Lettuce
  • 2 grapefruit, in segments
  • 1 package arugula baby, 120 g
  • 1 cup Extra Special® Indian Walnut
  • 2 avocados, in slices
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

On a grill over medium heat, grill the shrimp until they are cooked. Reservation
Blend mandarin juice, olive oil, vinegar and dijon mustard. Reservation.
Chop the lettuce sangria and place in a salad bowl, add the arugula baby shrimp, grapefruit segments, Indian nuts and slices of avocado.
Pour the vinaigrette and serve.
