This recipe is for you to enjoy a salad composed with all the requirements of a good diet. Either as a snack between meals, or as a salad at lunchtime, or even as a dinner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 red onions, filleted
  • 2 tablespoons table salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, no skin
  • 2 tablespoons table salt
  • 1 teaspoon fine ground pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 4 leaves lettuce, mixed
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 1 cup zucchini, raw in thick sheets
  • 1/2 cups roasted peanut

Preparation

Vinaigrette: Mix with a whisk, in a small bowl, the following ingredients (garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, purple onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon.)
Salpmienta the breast.
Cook with a little olive oil.
Cut into fajitas and reserve.
Salad: Mix vegetables and lettuce in a large bowl.
Add the vinaigrette. Mix well. And place the chicken fajitas.
Just before serving, add the peanuts and decorate with cilantro.
