Preparation
Vinaigrette: Mix with a whisk, in a small bowl, the following ingredients (garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, purple onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon.)
Salpmienta the breast.
Cook with a little olive oil.
Cut into fajitas and reserve.
Salad: Mix vegetables and lettuce in a large bowl.
Add the vinaigrette. Mix well. And place the chicken fajitas.
Just before serving, add the peanuts and decorate with cilantro.
