Ingredients: water, to cook the eggs; 5 San Juan® eggs; 4 potatoes; 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped; 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped; 1 cup deli ham, diced; 1/4 cups yellow corn kernels; 1/4 cups red bell pepper, finely chopped; 3/4 cups sour cream; 3/4 cups mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon mustard; 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder; 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped; salt; pepper

Place the San Juan® Egg pieces in a pot with water and cook over medium heat. Once it starts to boil, count 8 minutes. Remove from heat and cool under cold running water. On a cutting board, peel the San Juan® Egg pieces and cut them into 2 parts. Set aside.
