A rich pasta salad with broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and cheese. Ideal for all types of food. Since it is a dish that can be eaten on its own or accompanied by a piece of meat or chicken.

  • 330 grams Pasta La Moderna®, little bit # 3
  • 400 grams broccoli
  • 400 grams cauliflower
  • 200 grams gouda cheese
  • 110 grams bacon
  • 30 grams butter


Cook the bacon for 4 minutes in the microwave and grate the cheese.
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. In a pot place the broccoli and fill with water so that it charges the food. Then cook it just wait for the water to boil the water. Approximately 10 min.
In a pot place the cauliflower and fill it in such a way that it charges the food. Wait until it is cooked in such a way that the food is soft. Approximately 15 min.
Cook the La Moderna® pasta in a pot with 2 liter of water, add a clove of garlic, a quarter of onion, a bay leaf, a sizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. The pasta should be al dente. You can cook the pasta as the instructions on the back.
In a previously heated pan, add the butter and wait for it to melt. Add the vegetables and pasta, mix the food evenly and add the cheese. Wait for it to melt Finally add the bacon on top of the salad with pasta.


Serve the pasta on an extended plate and sprinkle some cheese and bacon. You can accompany this pasta salad La Moderna® with a delicious piece of meat or chicken roasted or baked.


You can add more cheese if you like, you can also change the gouda cheese for manchego cheese or mozzarella.
